Overview
Returns on eligible items must be initiated within 21 days after purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Original artwork, earrings, ornaments, and magnets may be eligible for return. Prints cannot be returned. However, if a print arrives damaged, please reach out using the Contact page. Attach a photo of the damaged item and I will send you a replacement print with free shipping (at the shipping rate of your original order).
There are certain situations where partial or no refunds may be granted:
- If you are unable to show proof of a print’s unsatisfactory condition, no replacement will be sent.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on my part or the part of the shipping service, may not receive a full refund.
- Return/refund/exchange requests outside of the 21-day window will not be accepted.
Refunds
If you wish to initiate a return on an original piece, earrings, ornament, or magnet, please contact me via the Contact page and notify me of the reason for your return.
If your item is eligible for return, I will send you a prepaid shipping label.
- Your return item must be packaged in a manner comparable to the way it was shipped. Paintings, ornaments, and magnets must be wrapped in packing paper. All items must be bubble-wrapped and secured in an appropriately sized box or mailer. Excessively sized packaging may result in a postage overage that will be deducted from any refund you may receive.
- Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If the item is in original condition (with the exception of items returned due to damage), a refund will be issued minus the cost of return shipping (including the return label cost + any overage due to excessively sized packaging) to the original payment method.
- If the item is damaged for reasons not due to an error on my part or the part of the shipping service, no refund will be issued.
Communication is key. Please explain your reason for return in detail when you contact me, attaching pictures if applicable.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to one week for refunds to process and land in your bank account/credit card.
If you have not received your refund after one week, please contact your financial institution for clarification.
If you’ve followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact me.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out and provide full details of your request for an exchange.
Shipping returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If eligible for a return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
